Acceptance of Terms
Basic platform usage terms
By accessing or using the pru16 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on this website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
The pru16 platform is exclusively for users aged 18 years and above and are a resident of Malaysia. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet these age and eligibility requirements. pru16 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend any account suspected of breaching this age requirement.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and pru16 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the pru16 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed, including any outstanding balances.
Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. False or inaccurate information may result in immediate account termination without notice and forfeiture of funds.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. pru16 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your login information.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately and change your password via the Log In.
User Responsibilities & Rules
Permitted Use
You may use the pru16 platform for personal entertainment, Sports Betting, online casino games and other activities offered by the platform, subject to these terms.
Strictly Prohibited
- Use of bots, automated software or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage
- Fraud, identity impersonation or collusion with other users
- Hacking, cyberattacks or any attempt to disrupt platform systems
- Money laundering through betting accounts
Consequences of Violations
Any user found to be in violation of the above rules may be subject to action including immediate suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of all funds in the account, and legal action where applicable.

All transactions on the pru16 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a wide range of payment methods including online banking, local digital wallets and bank transfers commonly used in Malaysia.

Transaction Processing & Timeframes
Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes upon verification. Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days, subject to required identity verification checks. pru16 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.
Refund Policy
All deposits credited to an account and used for betting are non-refundable. Refunds are only considered in cases of verified technical errors on the platform's end. Any transaction-related queries must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

Intellectual Property
All content on the pru16 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, brand names and interface designs — is the exclusive property of pru16 or its respective licensors. You are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying or using any of this content without prior written consent from pru16.

The pru16 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. pru16 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of these links is entirely at your own risk, and we encourage you to review the terms of those websites before accessing them.
Account Policy, Terms Amendments & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Pru16 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Failure to verify identity within the stipulated timeframe
- Account closure requested by user
- Instructions from relevant authorities
In cases of closure due to a violation, pru16 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation.
Amendments to Terms
Pru16 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the pru16 platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. Users agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
